Shipping policy

At Revelry, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and transparently as possible. We ship exclusively within the United States.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order total.

Total Delivery Time: Please note that total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.


Order Processing (Handling Time)

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

Notification: You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has officially shipped or is ready for local pickup.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx, or UPS Ground, depending on the order size and destination. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they enter the shipping process by contacting us at hello@revelryhomegoods.com.

We aim to respond to all requests within 48 business hours.

Because we fulfill orders quickly, we cannot guarantee a cancellation before shipment. If your order ships before we can halt it, you may initiate a return via our 45-day Returns & Exchanges Policy.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Revelry ensures that your package is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Once a carrier (USPS or UPS) marks a package as "Delivered," the package is considered received. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Wait 48 Hours: Carriers occasionally scan packages as delivered prematurely.

  2. Check the Perimeter: Verify with neighbors or building management.

  3. Contact the Carrier: After 48 hours, you must file a claim directly with USPS or UPS.

    While we are not responsible for packages once confirmed as delivered, we will provide any documentation needed to support your claim. We do not offer automatic refunds for packages confirmed as successfully delivered.


Local Pickup (Spokane, WA Residents Only)

We offer free local pickup for Spokane customers through our partnership with Spokane Baby Co.

Pickup Location: Spokane Baby Co. (825 W Garland Ave, Spokane, WA)

Drop-Off Schedule: Orders are dropped off at the shop every Saturday.

Notification: You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email once your order is dropped off. Please wait for this email before attempting pickup.
