Returns & Exchanges Policy

45-Day Hassle-Free Returns We offer returns and exchanges on unused, undamaged items within 45 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Email hello@revelryhomegoods.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Authorization: We will review your request to ensure it meets our policy requirements and email you a prepaid shipping label.

Ship It Back: Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the carrier. No need to pay for postage at the counter.

Return Fees & Costs

  • Return Shipping Fee: A flat $8.00 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid shipping label.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days. In these instances, we will waive the $8.00 return fee and cover all shipping costs to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality control, the following items are Final Sale:

  • Personal Care Items: Soaps, lotions, and hygiene products.

  • Pantry Items: All food, beverage, or consumable items.

  • Gift Cards and items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.

  • Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
