Spokane Local Pickup: If you choose local pickup at Spokane Baby Co., your order will be ready for you by the following Saturday. You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email once your items have been dropped off.

Pro Tip: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way!

We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 45 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging.

How it works:

1. Please email us at hello@revelryhomegoods.com with your order number.
2. Prepaid Label: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to streamline the process.
3. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
   

A few details to note:

Return Fee: A flat $8.00 fee is deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety, personal care items (soaps, lotions), pantry goods, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days, and we will waive the return fee to make it right!
