Track Your Order

Use this page to find your order status and tracking information. Most orders begin showing tracking once your shipping confirmation email has been sent.

Before You Track

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) begin processing the next business day.

Tracking is not active until your order has shipped. If you placed your order recently, please allow time for processing before checking for updates.

How to Track Your Order

1. Check your email from Revelry

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email from Revelry to the address used at checkout. This email includes your tracking number and a link to follow your package.

Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder. Add hello@revelryhomegoods.com to your contacts so future emails from Revelry are less likely to be filtered.

2. Sign in to your account

Sign in with the same email address you used at checkout to view order status and tracking details anytime:

3. Use the link in your order confirmation

Your original order confirmation email from Revelry also includes a link to your order status page, where you can check fulfillment progress and access tracking once available.

What to Expect After Shipping

  • Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days in transit
  • Expedited shipping: typically 1–3 business days in transit
  • Carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on your order

Tracking Not Updating or Order Not Received?

If tracking has not updated or your package has not arrived within the expected window, please review the steps in our Shipping Policy under Lost in Transit or Tracking Not Updating, then contact us with your order number and tracking number (if available).
