About Tom Jay
Tom Jay is a British illustrator and printmaker celebrated for transforming the quiet, scenic corners of the UK into intricate works of art. His style is defined by a narrative-rich approach, often combining traditional drawing techniques with a modern, graphic sensibility. Whether he is illustrating a sprawling landscape or a "ship in a bottle" miniature, Tom’s work invites the viewer to slow down and explore the tiny, hidden details within the frame.
Deeply inspired by the textures of the natural world and the nostalgic charm of British heritage—from winding canals to lush woodlands—Tom creates scenes that feel like a peaceful escape.
