About Sarah Young

Sarah Young is an acclaimed British printmaker and illustrator based on the South Coast of England. With a background in illustration from Brighton College of Art, her work is deeply influenced by her early career in a travelling puppet theatre, which gifted her designs a unique sense of movement and "theatrical" storytelling.

Specializing in linocut and screenprinting, Sarah draws inspiration from British folklore, mythology, and the natural world. Her signature style weaves intricate patterns with a "retro-modern" warmth, turning every piece—from award-winning book illustrations to her popular die-cut cards—into a cherished work of art.
