Gold Ore Studs
The Gold Ore Studs from Reiko Yamamoto Studio are a beautiful study in controlled imperfection. Hand-crafted in Reiko Yamamoto’s Pittsburgh, PA studio, these porcelain earrings are designed to look like raw, precious fragments unearthed from the ground. Each pair is hand-shaped, ensuring that no two "nuggets" are exactly alike.
The studs feature a sophisticated matte white porcelain base, partially dipped or "painted" in a rich, 22k gold luster. This creates a stunning contrast between the clean, organic texture of the clay and the liquid-like brilliance of the gold. They are the perfect size for everyday wear—small enough to be subtle, yet bright enough to catch the light with every movement. Please note: The pictures are a good representation of the product, but please keep in mind that because every product is handmade and unique, the shape, size, and pattern of the product you receive may vary slightly from what is pictured here.

About Reiko Yamamoto
Reiko’s jewelry line is an extension of her pottery practice; she applies the same meticulous glazing and firing techniques used for her celebrated tablewares to these miniature wearable sculptures. At Revelry, we admire Reiko for her ability to make fine art feel accessible and personal. Each piece is a tiny reminder of the human hand that made it.
