High Mountain Organic Olive Oil
Three generations ago, a family cast out from the Greek islands by invading Ottomans found their footing on a narrow strip of fertile land between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the southern Peloponnese. The microclimate here is exceptional: warmer winters, more rainfall, ancient olive tree varieties that have been handpicked and cold-pressed at the local mill within 24 hours of harvest for as long as anyone can remember. That family's surname translates to "Little Gypsy." This is their oil.
The result is a nutritionally superior extra virgin olive oil, higher in amino acids and polyphenols, low in acidity, with a delicate flavor and a full nutty, artichoke finish. Independent lab tests confirm polyphenol levels significantly higher than typical grocery store brands. Pour it over everything.
Volume: 11.8 fl oz
Material: 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold-pressed
